Lost package but really professional support team

Received a shipping confirmation March 2 and we’re now April 12 and said package is stuck in the forgotten lands since march 16. For anyone thinking of buying something form this place, be sure you’re not like me and living outside the U.S (Canada for me) because you’ll probably never receive your package, the transporter they’re doing business with, it’s a real shit show

Edit: since this review, I’ve been in contact with the support team of elite jump and they were really professional and helpful to solve the issue. They sent another package with a free rope for the trouble. Since I’m yet to receive my second package, the added stars are for the support team and the way they professionally handled the problem without any fuss. I’ll make a second and final edit once the product arrives.

I could not fine these anywhere but here. At a boxing/fitness gym they go "missing" all the time and you have to get more jump ropes and trash good ones. Love Love!
