I lost the tiny screw for the cable rope that came in the 3-pack with the differing rope types (red nylon, white coated, and black speed cable). Where can I find a replacement?

Hi, I have been waiting and waiting for these to come back in stock. Can you advise on an expected OR a suitable generic substitute. I'm sad I can't use my jump rope.
