Sizing: Easily adjust the length of this segmented jump rope. The 10' length will fit jumpers up to 6'4" tall. Shorten/resize the jump rope as needed by loosening the washer/tie on one end the handle, removing beads and cutting the excess cord.

Totally worth it!

Got the heavy beaded rope for a different feel from my other weighted ropes. Fell in love with them pretty quickly! Fairly easy to adjust and the beads can take a beating!

Great equipment but a learning curve

I was using leather rope which is lighter but was a little short. This heavier one throws my timing off I contacted help center and learned how to shorten and lighten rope I’d needed.

The rope is excellent quality and response to questions very prompt.

Thus the 5 rating i look forward for me body to adjust to the timing and really like the weight addition.

What a workout!

So I’ve been wanting to jump rope with my kids. But I also wanted a challenge. This looked like fun. So far I’m loving it. I feel the burn everywhere. I’m not that good yet and do trip up sometimes. I also struggled at first adjusting the length, because the long beads made it slightly tricky. But I figured it out and it’s the right length now. I hope new colors come too. I might get another one in the future. But I’ll be checking out a couple different types of their jump ropes too and see how they work too. Good quality and good price.

I really wish I had found this particular rope first but I thought I would get one at a name brand store the box store brand is a clothes line rope with beads a good starter one but when you get good make the move to the best and economy affordable elite jump rope what a huge difference and noticable one Iam loving this rope I am a otr trucker and I take it every where with me I skip about 600 times a day and it holds up to different terrain very well pull the trigger on this one I have the army color I love it you won't be disappointed like everything else from elite jump you'll love it too I was running but now I fly lol thank you coach for a outstanding product perfect weight and balance and great sizeing tutorial

This jump rope is high quality. It is durable and easy to adjust. I really like the feel of the handles. The beads are super solid, and I expect them to live up to the promise of being shatterproof. But if any do crack, there are extras after removing some to reach the proper length. Recommended!

Working on my form

Starting out with a lighter beaded rope. It was challenging. Then I got the heavy beaded rope and it still challenge but I'm working on it. Just ordered the PVC ropes. I'm just excited to be jump roping. I'm 68 years old I'll be 69 next month. I drive a tractor trailer for a living for UPS. So I sit on my butt pretty much all day working on average at 11 hour day and was looking for something that I can do to keep myself moving. Jump roping is perfect exercise. Compact, you can take it anywhere. All you need is a little time. I use it when I'm waiting for my trailer to be filled. I want to give a shout out to Kyle for bringing me on the right track. Small world, I was talking to my wife about how I found somebody on YouTube that would give me direction on how to start jump roping. And I found Kyle at JUMP 15. I was telling you my wife about it on my way to Costco and it turns out that Kyle is married to my niece. Had no idea! When a small world!!!!

This rope clicks every time it comes around on my mat. It lets me know when to jump as a 179 day newbie. It gives a good workout for the extra beaded weight. It is very nimble in the cold winter days that we have been having in the Eastern part of the US. It does not stiffen up like my old PVC from another manufacturer. You guys rock!
