Purchase a jump rope mat to preserve your rope, no matter where you jump. Made of a durable vinyl foam material that is designed to reduce the "bounce" of the jump rope when it hits the ground. Less bounce = less misses.
We recommend always storing your rope indoors in a dry, warm climate. For best experience, store your jump rope in a coiled form and keep in a bag to avoid tangling. For the Muay Thai jump rope, we recommend storing your rope hanging over two separate pegs or posts to allow it to maintain a proper jumping shape.
Keeps it shiny and ready for social media posts :) We also know that when you regularly clean your rope it eliminates all the extra items stuck in the beads and cable that will, over time, degrade the cord or cable. Cleaning your rope also will keep your hands clean when coiling the rope or performing any releases during freestyle jumping.
Grab a bucket, towel, dish soap and warm water.
Using the towel, hand wash any heavily soiled areas of the jump rope to remove build up.
Wipe dry with a separate towel.

Welcome to the Elite SRS family! We are excited to be a part of your journey. We know that getting started with jump rope can feel intimidating. What music should you jump to? How long should my rope be? How do I adjust the length of my rope? What tricks should I start with? Who can teach me? We hear questions like these and so many more every day. This page is our best attempt to help answer those questions. If we don't cover your specific question, you can reach out for a 1:1 Consultation with a member of our team.
