Great rope, very light with an incredible spin. Increased my DU’s quite a bit.

I’m just starting out in my jump rope journey and started with a beaded rope, then tried the 6mm rope, which I’m using the most right now, but the boxer rope is quickly becoming my favorite. It’s lighter and I like the handles better. I haven’t really worked on any tricks, just straight jumping without missing too much. All 3 of these ropes are from Elite. Great ropes.

Our order arrived promptly. Love the 6 mm ropes. The adjustable slider for the beaded rope does not stay in place like they do for the PVC ropes. Today the rope came apart and beads went flying while jumping. We had to tie knots to keep the slider in place and the rope intact after restringing the rope. Rope works great after that, but thought you should know.

I haven't used a jump rope mat in a long time, and my body IMMEDIATELY felt a difference. These will be with me each time I go outside.

Got the 5mm cord and it’s the perfect weight to learn some beginner footwork! Love that it doesn’t tangle!

I never even jumped rope as a child, yet I am absolutely loving this as an older adult. I’ve only been using the Elite Jumps "Do Hard Things" 6mm PVC rope for a week, and it has already become the best cardio workout I’ve ever gotten in the shortest amount of time. It is significantly better than running.

Even though I’m still working on my form, I can already feel an increase in my stamina and energy levels when I’m doing other exercises. It is fun and I look forward to my next jump rope session; there are endless tricks to learn and improve on as I progress.

Honestly, best jump rope equipment and jump ropes. I absolutely love them. It makes the work out fun too.

I've been using the 3LB rope at the gym 10 min of 20×15 sec. Great upper body workout. The rope is of high quality, and durable. The best part of the rope are the non slip rubber handles. Highly recommend rope.
