🧮 How Long Should Your Jump Rope Be?

Sizing a Jump Rope, Elite Jumps - Nick Woordard

Let’s talk rope length—because nothing kills the vibe faster than tripping on a rope that’s just too short. 🥴

The good news? Sizing your rope is easier than ever. All Elite Jumps ropes come with free tutorials to help you get it right the first time. You can also size your rope directly inside the free Elite Jumps App, where we break it down step by step.

✅ General Rule: Stand on the middle of the rope—the handles should reach your armpits.

✅ Double Unders? Go slightly shorter for speed.

✅ Freestyle? A bit longer allows for tricks.
