Terms and Conditions - Ultimate Jump experience Giveaway

- Open to residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Elite Jumps, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with Elite Jumps.

- No purchase necessary.

- The giveaway begins on October 9, 2023 and ends on October 15, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.

- One entry per person.

- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

- The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.

- If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, Elite Jumps will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

- Elite Jumps reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances.

- Elite Jumps’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

- Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- Winner’s must fly from inside the United States, Canada, or Europe to qualify for travel coverage.

- Winner’s outside of United States, Canada, or Europe must cover their own travel or forfeit their prize.
