I have an Elite srs jump rope. In the middle of class the handle detached from the rope. It appears the small silver part at the end fell off. How can I replace and fix (I looked in the gym for it but couldn’t find it)- and how can o prevent from happening again?

Hi Amanda, it sounds like you were using an adjustable screw. These can loosen over time if you don't tighten. We suggest getting a cable stop (if using a bare cable get the small cable stop, if using a nylon coated cable get the medium cable stop. Once you hammer these on you can't adjust the cable but they won't come off. Simply hammer on.
