These ropes are great for double Dutch. It took a little while for my students to get use to them. The ropes we're s little heavy at first for 4-6th graders but they eventually got used to it

These jump-ropes are perfect for people looking t work on their double-dutch skills. They're long enough that 2-3 people can jump at a time. The weight it great for spinning easily, but not so heavy it hurts if you get hit by them.So, they're perfect for little kids wanting to learn.
I'm not sure if I should buy a 12' or a 14' rope. I'm purchasing for Teenagers, maybe the tallest is 5'4-5'6. If you can break down the geometry/formula for purchasing rope length and when to buy which type of handles, that would be appreciated. Also, I'm 6' tall and may need to flip the rope at times and I may want to try to jump as well.... (btw, I will dig around your FAQs after I submit this question...so I appologize in advance if the answer is already posted).
Hello, our standard double dutch length is the 14' and that's what we recommend, additionally, it is fully adjustable, so if it does end up being a little too long you can make it shorter. It's always better to go with longer, so that you can adjust it accordingly and have extra rope to work with if so. :)
