WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH PRODUCT
- 1" BEADED JUMP ROPE: At 3oz, this is our recommended "starter" rope. Not too heavy, but the beads slow the rope down and offer a "click click" for developing rhythm. Also good for freestyle movements as you progress.
- 5mm PVC JUMP ROPE: At 5oz, our 5mm PVC rope offers a bit more weight and resistance while also being a "faster" rope, providing great feedback for double unders practice.
- HEAVY BEADED JUMP ROPE: At 6.5oz, this is a heavier jump rope with thick beads that offer both weight and spin (wind) resistance. This rope is more difficult to spin, making for a more robust workout, while the 8" long handles allow you to experiment with more difficult freestyle movements.
- JUMP ROPE CARRY CASE: Fits all Elite Jumps ropes. Anti-slip, moisture-proof, pressure-resistant, and shock-absorbing.
- JUMP ROPE MAT (OPTIONAL): We highly recommend using a jump rope mat when you jump to protect your joints. Our 48" x 36" standard mat helps reduce impact on joints, while also extending the life of your jump ropes. Easy to clean and roll up and store. Use indoors or outdoors.

Awesome set of jump ropes! Everything you need to get started and continue training. The different weighted ropes are a huge plus for both beginners and experienced athletes. I'm extremely excited to have this bundle in my gym bag. Great ropes at an awesome price! Fast shipping! 5 star service! Shop with confidence!! Thank you!!!
Presentation and Product are both great. Seems as if the company cares about its customers and wants to provide the best possible product for the consumer. Definitely a thumbs up
These elite jump ropes are sturdy and easy to use. I love these jump ropes and I was happy they came 3 in a pack to have different styles of ropes. The mat is easy to use and clean as well as sturdy. I will get this product again.
These are really high quality ropes and the included mat is of equal quality. This kit is great if you just want to get into jump roping for fun or add it to your workout routine. The included program also provides a great starting point in your rope jumping journey.
Overall the ropes/handles a made really well and can take the constant beating against whatever surface. That being said the included mat is clutch. It’s not like an average ‘yoga’ mat. It’s made of high density foam and will protect your floors and ropes from abrasions (and from your busting your ‘behind’). Keep in mind these are weighted ropes and you should use the appropriate rope for your situation. As for the price of $100 for the whole kit (mat included). I think it’s a great value considering these are probably the last ropes you’re going to buy unless you need to graduate to something heavier.
The mat is very sturdy and absorbent! Packaging was no hassle and secured well. I'm new to jump rope fitness but I like the ability to adjust the ropes and the videos to view how to use the products.
Its a serious set at this price. But it also only comes out to under 20 per. It makes a nice progression with some extra weight and beef for use after introduction.
The trimming process is straight forward if you need to shorten them. At 6'5 I have plenty of room and don't feel like I'm going to trip with a kiddie rope version. But we're not going to have to trim these at our height in this house.
As a novice, the weights on the ropes didn't seem like they'll do much of a difference, but I can definitely tell I'll spend more time with the lower two and have to work up to the full-on 6.5oz one. Its the repetition that's a thing and adds up.
Bought the kids a set of cheaper kid ones, but these I got for the wife and I. Happy with them.
Nice set of 'progressive' jump ropes with a mat. There are three different sizes/weights. The lightest rope has black handles with black, 1" long beads and weighs 3 ounces. Next up is the rope with white handles and just a 6 mm pvc 'rope' (no beads). It weighs in at 5 ounces. The heaviest jump rope has black handles and their heavy, 2" long, white beads and weighs 6.5 ounces. All these ropes are 10' in length and come with 'unbreakable' beads and handles (90-day warranty is kind of short)
The mat is 3' x 4' and is made of 1/4" high density vinyl foam and is designed to help reduce shock on your joints. (The mat is the standard size Elite SRS mat, currently listed by itself for $50)
The price may seem high, but when you add it all up - 3 different jump ropes plus the mat, I think it is a good deal and would recommend
Hi John, one point of clarification we offer a 1 year warranty not 90 days. The 90 days is for returns on unused items. The warranty is 1 year for defects in workmanship or durability.
So this all started 3 months ago when i thought it would be fun to try to jump rope.
Background: I've gone from 243lbs (Jan 25th this year) to (still losing, but currently at) 173.5 on Sep 7th.
Initially it was just changing what i was eating that i needed to concentrate on. Now i have the nutrition down, and I've been wanting to incorporate fitness. In the past, running has always been my go-to for cardio, but i wanted to shake things up and try jump rope. It looks so fun on those videos...
So i started trying to jump rope. Oh. My. Gosh. After being out of shape, combined with not doing it for decades, i wondered how i had ever done it.
Well, first of all i had to figure out that almost all jump ropes you buy, unless you're super tall, need to be cut/ adjusted FOR YOU before you start.
Yeah, i didn't realize that. But once i did, that helped.
Then i was jumping too high. I kept missing.
So the first try, about 3 months ago, didn't really go anywhere.
Then 2 months ago, i decided i would no longer consider the "cordless" jump ropes 'cheating'. I picked up a set with a built in counter, and started just practicing my jumping, working on my fitness ability to go for longer periods of time.
I've really enjoyed this and I've really improved my stamina over the last two months. So now I'm ready to go back to ACTUAL ropes, and work on my form.
So yes, my form is NOT GREAT in this video, because I'm jumping too high off the ground, and my feet are "clapping" together. They hadn't been doing that with my "cordless" jump rope, but now i actually need to clear a hurdle, so there will be an adjustment. (This was my first attempt back with a rope. I just cut off about 8 inches, tested it n and started recording.)
BUT THE MAT! Having the jump rope slap the mat instead of the ground has been SO MUCH better than just jumping in the grass. There's not really a good place in doors to do this, and i don't want to jump on the concrete driveway because that's harder on my joints. The one time i did that, i felt it for the next couple days, and I'm guessing it was unneeded wear and tear on my body.
I'm using the black jump rope because it's lighter weight than the white beaded one... that's for when i get on better shape. The speed rope, i food not even attempt because I'm still so new that i can't fairly evaluate a speed rope. But the black beaded rope has been so easy to use and super easy to adjust to. The combo of the rope plus the mat just makes practicing easier, in my opinion. It eliminates the ground's bumps and bulges from "catching" my rope and causing drag. If i had realized how much better it would be to jump on the mat, i definitely would have gotten one sooner!
The mat is different than my yoga mats, although similar. It's definitely a better quality and not very foam-y... meaning i don't think it'll snag or blemish easily, and I expect it to last for a while.
I'm very happy with the one rope I'm using, as well as the mat!
I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks and it’s been helpful with learning to jump rope all over again. I like the different types and have alternated between the 2 lightest ropes so far. I’m not ready for the 6MM beaded rope yet but when I am, I already have it due to this bundle.
doing ok getting in between 200 and 300 Jumps a day. I just started the first of the year.
Beginner Progression Jump Rope Bundle
Awesome quality!
+Amazing package with great quality ropes
-A bit expensive
-shipping to Canada was a bit slow
Really happy with the three jump ropes. If I feel motivated, I can use all three
during the day. But they are a great stepping stone to something more difficult as time passes. Would recommend the bundle to anyone that wants to jump with confidence.
Good set of ropes, easy to use and adjust. Using the beaded ropes as a beginner makes a huge difference.
The ropes are great , the mat is a must have!
Phenomenal kit at this price point. It's a no brainier investment, into mind, body, and soul!
Enjoyed the 3 rope bundle to get jump rope into my exercise routine. Adjustments are easily made and the weights are just fine for working up to a heavier rope.
My only issue was shipping to Canora took a very long time. Hopefully that can be resolved for others.
The Hess are great. Easy to use. Don’t take up space. Quality is on point.
Three ropes and they can all be sized to your height.
I'm a noob and this is great for me to play around with different rope types.
I ORDERED THE BEGINNER PROGRESSION JUMP ROPE BUNDLE. I HAVE ENJOYED USING THE 3 DIFFERENT ROPES AND THE MAT. WHEN I TRIED TO ADJUST THE WEIGHTED BEADED ROPE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH SLACK IN THE ROPE TO UNTIE THE KNOT TO TAKE OFF BEADS TO MAKE SHORTER. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME A NEW ROPE. I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I'd been looking for high-quality ropes in the past, but they were unsafisfactory. Now, I'm enjoying my Elite SRS ropes very much, honestly. I love the feel when spinning the ropes, the weight, the colours, and the material. I learnt to jump in the past, I just needed great ropes.
If you're looking to get into jump roping or want to up your jump rope game, look no further. You've found your jump ropes. These are the real deal and worth the premium. The program they have is outstanding. Note that I did not get the mat and I kinda wish I had - from other reviews it sounds like it's a real nice to have.
You won’t be seeing these on the playground anytime soon. These ropes are for serious jumpers only. I used to be known as the Double Dutch king in my neighborhood and even the middle weight rope gave me a challenge. For a quick intense workout these get the job done. The one con is the price for three ropes seems steep.
I was going to get just one rope but after some consideration, I decided to go with the starter set because I wanted the mat, too. I really glad I did because I never would have understood the difference in the ropes without trying them all. They're simple things, but really good quality. I would recommend.
What. Is. The. Rope sizes ?
They're all 10ft long and adjustable to be made shorter! :)
