The Spark is the perfect introduction to speed jumping. Featuring the lightest speed handles we offer (0.6oz), this rope is great for competitive speed jumping and double unders. Ultra light handles are helpful for reducing hand and arm fatigue.

Sizing: Cable comes in a 10-foot length. Will fit anybody up to 6'3" tall. Cut off the extra cable after adjusting with the adjustable screw/collar system.

Handles accept cable diameters up 3.2mm and everything thinner. Purchase additional cables separately.

Light weight, fast, effective

Handle is a little small compared to my previous ropes but it makes the rope feel lighter and like it spins faster. Got one for each of my family members and will be spending more time jumping rope and doing double unders at home for WODs

Never arrived

Ordered a rope over 2 weeks ago. Have sent 3 email requesting information about my order. No response from Elite. Rope has never arrived. Poor service

I’ve been doing CrossFit for 13 years. I bought this rope 10 years ago and just now had to replace the rope. The handles are fine, just the plastic lining had started to come off. If you are looking to get DU and make them smooth this is the rope needed!

I like these handles. They're similar to the Boxer 3.0, but made for smaller cables and have a slighly different design. They're well made and seem like they're going to last a while.

always awesome. my favorite speed rope...hands down. There is no need to buy an expensive rope for jumping. This one has been my favorite for the almost 6 yrs.
