Built from 3K carbon fiber, the Elite Jumps Carbon Fiber Jump Rope brings a premium handle construction to your training setup.

The handle is lighter than aluminum and stiffer than plastic, with a streamlined ergonomic shape designed for a secure, comfortable grip. A self-lubricating rope guide helps reduce friction where the cable meets the handle and helps reduce cable wear.

The complete rope comes assembled with 5mm PVC Cord and is adjustable, giving you a complete setup ready for training.
